PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – It’s been nearly two weeks since I-5 southbound closed in Portland’s Rose Quarter. On Thursday, The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) said despite a chance of rain this weekend, the highway is still expected to reopen on time.
The estimated five-week-long Rose Quarter Improvement Project is still running on schedule, according to Rose Geber, an ODOT spokesperson.
