(WBRE/WYOU) — State police are searching for the identity of yet another victim of someone who impersonated an ICE agent to scam people out of gold.
Pennsylvania State Police stated they have found another victim involved in the ongoing gold scam investigation.
On September 9, a woman driving and a suspected scammer met in the parking lot of Ultra Fuel located on Smallwood Drive in Waldorf, Maryland.
Police say the victim handed the suspect a box containing several hundred thousand dollars in gold coins. PSP said it is unknown if the victim is aware she is being scammed…
