CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – Southbound Interstate 85 is reopened after it was completely blocked from an overturned tractor-trailer near Brookshire Boulevard Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred around 3:20 p.m. on I-85 South, where the rig spanned all four lanes. The northbound lanes were temporarily shut down too, causing a huge traffic snarl through the highway’s Charlotte corridor.
