CLEVELAND, Ohio — An 18-year-old was shot and killed Thursday night on the city’s southwest side, police said. He is one of multiple people authorities have found this year shot in a crashed car.
Around 9:45 p.m., officers from the Cleveland Police Fourth District were in the area of East 103rd Street and Harvard Avenue when they heard what sounded like gunshots.
Officers moved toward the sounds and found an SUV that had crashed into a fence in the 10300 block of Harvard Avenue. The car door was open and inside sat an unresponsive man with numerous gunshot wounds, police said…
