WESTLAKE, Ohio (WOIO) – Two 14-year-old Cleveland kids and three adults were arrested earlier this week and accused of shoplifting.
All five suspects were taken into custody on Sept. 22 after allegedly stealing $3,300 worth of merchandise from Ulta Beauty in Crocker Park.
