NOTICE OF INTENT ANNOUNCEMENT
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers published the Notice of Intent (NOI) for the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the evaluation of reinstating Operations and Maintenance Dredging on the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint Rivers Navigation Channel in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, which was authorized by the 1945 River and Harbor Act (House Document 342, 76th Congress, First Session) and modified by the 1946 River and Harbor Act (House Document 300, 80th Congress, First Session).
