BALD HEAD ISLAND, N.C. (WECT) – Authorities are searching for a missing 40-year-old Harnett County man last seen nearly two weeks ago at the Bald Head Island Marina.
The Bald Head Island Department of Public Safety said Nathaniel Bane was last seen at the marina around 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 12.
Officials with the Village of Bald Head Island say islanders may notice an increased law enforcement presence Friday as deputies with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office help local public safety teams with the search. Officials stressed there is no sign of any threat to the community…
