(WHTM) — National Hunting and Fishing Day is this Saturday, Sept. 26, and the Pennsylvania Game Commission will be marking the occasion with a day of activities this weekend.
The free event will take place at Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area in Stevens, Lancaster County, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Attendees will be able to take part in pellet gun shooting, archery instruction, on-site fishing, Touch a Truck and demonstrations for hunting dogs and deer processing.
National Hunting and Fishing Day is regularly observed by both the PA Game Commission and the PA Fish and Boat Commission, recognizing “the generations of hunters and anglers who have contributed to the state’s rich conservation legacy.”…
