A 26-year-old Philadelphia woman has come forward detailing her narrow escape as a nine-year-old child from Raymond “RC” Horsch, the late suspect now at the center of the West Chew Avenue “House of Horrors” investigation involving multiple missing and deceased women.
Ashley Rivera told the Philadelphia Inquirer that she was crossing the street from her Kensington home to a 7-Eleven on a Friday night in 2009 while wearing her pajamas. Her father was seated on their front porch watching her with crutches nearby. Rivera noticed Horsch, then in his 60s with greasy hair, circling the block in a green Jeep.
After exiting the convenience store, Horsch pulled up, got out of the vehicle, grabbed the nine-year-old by the arm, and began dragging her toward his Jeep. Rivera’s father rushed the vehicle and struck the rear window with one of his crutches, causing Horsch to speed away…
