A Monroeville man is behind bars after police said he shot his longtime friend in the face with a crossbow during an altercation at a North Huntingdon home this month, according to court papers.
Township police on Thursday charged Joseph Matthew Hart Jr., 43, with attempted homicide, robbery, aggravated assault and theft. Hart was arraigned Friday morning and denied bail.
