The Redlands City Council voted Sept. 15 to name the plaza on the north side of the city’s new City Hall in honor of former City Attorney Dan McHugh, recognizing his more than three decades of service to the city.
The council approved Resolution No. 8833, designating the plaza at 300 E. State Street as “Dan McHugh Plaza.” The council also waived a three-year requirement governing the naming of city facilities after individuals.
