CENTRAL —- The vehicles involved in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning have now been cleared but the traffic signal at the scene remains without power.
It was around 6:25 a.m. on Sept. 25 when Central Police officers responded to the intersection of Hooper and Blackwater roads.
Central Police Chief Roger Corcoran told UWK the driver of a white pick-up truck was westbound on Hooper Rd. with a green light. At the same time, an SUV was eastbound on Hooper and the driver turned left into the path of the truck on a flashing yellow light…
