EL PASO, Texas — A group of West Texas veterans received a $1.7 million grant signed by Gov. Greg Abbott as part of the Texas Veterans Commission’s Grants Across Texas Tour.
The grant aims to help over 1,800 veterans in the El Paso area when it comes to housing, transportation and family services.
