A longtime barbecue joint near Houston has hit the market. After three decades in business, Schulze’s Bar-B-Que in Rosenberg is for sale for nearly $5 million.
After social media posts began circulating about a listing for the property at 1214 1st St., the family-owned business released a statement to clear up confusion about the sale, confirming that it is still open in the meantime.
