ST. LOUIS – A historic building on St. Louis’ Washington Avenue gets new life through a $12 million redevelopment project.
Oliver Properties, a downtown real estate investor, announced plans Friday to transform the former Rudman Building into a 74-unit apartment complex called “Cordovan on the Park.”
