TULSA, Okla. — The first Improve Our Tulsa 3 Housing funds have been deployed, per the City of Tulsa and the Tulsa Housing Impact Fund (THIF).
Announced on Friday, the first projects have received funds via the IOT3 housing program. This is the first public deployment of some of the $75 million, voter-approved IOT3 funds.
The money and the projects are set to “expand and preserve housing opportunities across the city.”…
