CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Icarus Medical is preparing to begin a new study looking at whether a mechanism built into its Ascender knee brace can help reduce pain and improve function for people with chronic knee pain.
The Charlottesville-based company says it is looking to enroll at least 80 adults, particularly people who have pain in the front of the knee from conditions including knee arthritis or other patellofemoral pain.
