The former owner of a Harrisburg restaurant has resurfaced with a cafe in the Cumberland County suburbs.
On Sept. 13, Jose “Chuy” Garcia opened Chuy’s Cafe, a diner serving breakfast, lunch and dinner at 3401 Hartzdale Drive, Suite 131, in Lower Allen Township.
