Virginia State Police say a 28-year-old motorcyclist from Petersburg was killed Sept. 25 in a late-night hit-and-run crash in Richmond.
VSP Sgt. Jessica Shehan said in an email that it happened shortly before 11:30 p.m. on the ramp from westbound Interstate 64 onto southbound Interstate 95 downtown. A dark-colored SUV reportedly struck the bike, throwing its rider off, and also hit another vehicle before fleeing the scene.
