NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – Emergency personnel are responding to an active situation on the Thomas Rhodes Bridge late Friday night.
As of 11 p.m., live footage from the WECT weather camera shows multiple first responder vehicles on scene with emergency lights flashing. Bridge lanes appear to be blocked off to traffic as crews work the area.
