AUSTIN (KXAN) — What initially appeared to be a case of a murder-suicide in the Wells Branch area of north Travis County earlier this week was established as a double homicide investigation, according to a news release issued by the Travis County Sheriff’s Office.
The case began Wednesday morning at an apartment complex in the 3400 block of Shoreline Drive. While serving a written order to an apartment, a manager for the property found the door to that unit “ajar.”
