ST. PAUL, Minn. (GRAY) – Minnesota state leaders celebrated the reopening of the John Ireland Bridge in St. Paul, just days before the bridge will serve as the final stretch in the Twin Cities Marathon.
The bridge provides a direct connection from Kellogg Boulevard and Downtown St. Paul to the State Capitol Complex.
