A Scottsdale family’s frustrating experience building a backyard pool ultimately led it to acquire one of Arizona’s oldest pool companies.
Dansons Capital Group, led by the Thiessen family, has partnered with Accrual Equity Partners and Hydro Construction to purchase Shasta Pools, a 60-year-old Valley company that has built or renovated more than 150,000 pools in Maricopa County.
The acquisition was completed Aug. 6. Financial terms were not disclosed…
