SULLIVAN’S ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) – The Sullivan’s Island Police Department and Sullivan’s Island Fire and Rescue responded to a man suffering from cardiac arrest on the beach at Station 24 on Saturday.
According to the Sullivan’s Island Police Department, the man’s wife informed officers that he was carrying a cooler when he suddenly became short of breath and collapsed.
