On Friday, Indiana Gov. Mike Braun announced completion of Section 3 of the I-69 Ohio River Crossing Project in Evansville during an event at the site of the future I-69 bridge.
The Indiana approach project broke ground in June of 2022. Work is also substantially complete on Section 1, which includes the Kentucky approaches.
The approach roads and bridges will now be used for all-weather construction access to the bridge project, and will open to traffic after the new I-69 bridge is complete…
