RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A Henrico County firefighter died Friday night after a hit-and-run on the ramp from westbound Interstate 64 to southbound Interstate 95 in Richmond.
According to Virginia State Police (VSP), between 11:20 p.m. and 11:27 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, a dark-colored SUV hit a motorcycle on the ramp from westbound I-64 to southbound I-95 in Richmond.
The motorcyclist, 28-year-old Ashtain Noel Davis of Petersburg, was thrown from the motorcycle in the crash and died at the scene. He was wearing a helmet, VSP said…
