NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Park Circle hosted North Charleston’s first-ever multicultural festival Saturday, drawing hundreds of people together to celebrate diversity in the Lowcountry.
Flags from dozens of countries fluttered across the park as visitors sampled food, browsed vendors and watched performances throughout the afternoon.
