EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — Sunday tracking to remain relatively quiet across the Borderland, but a major change in the weather pattern arrives Monday.
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the region from Monday afternoon through Wednesday as a surge of tropical moisture moves into the Borderland.
