RICHGROVE, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Homicide detectives are in the early stages of their investigation following a fatal shooting early Sunday morning, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies were dispatched to the 20800 block of Francis Drive, near Wheatland Drive, for a report of a shooting.
They arrived just after midnight to the location, which is about one-tenth of a mile away from the Tulare County Fire Station 10,
