The cutting edge of medicine is taking a new turn with one Ohio health system. The Beachwood campus location of Cleveland Clinic, in Cuyahoga County, has launched a drone-based prescription delivery program.
The pilotless aircraft can fly straight lines, dodge traffic lights and stop signs, and bypass road congestion. It can also complete residential deliveries between 15 and 30 minutes from the moment a prescription order is placed.
