ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – A Roanoke woman allegedly involved in a COVID-19-era fraud scheme was arraigned Sept. 16 in federal court.
Jazmin Jennings, 38, reportedly defrauded two separate COVID-19-era government programs then lied on her taxes, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Western District of Va.
