CALEDONIA, Wis. (WFRV) – A Greenfield man was treated for a possible gunshot wound early Sunday after a reported hit-and-run crash in the Village of Caledonia, according to the Caledonia Police Department.
Officers were called by the 28-year-old Greenfield man around 2:48 a.m. on September 27 to the 13600 block of 6½ Mile Road for a report of a hit-and-run vehicle crash.

According to police, the man initially told officers that his vehicle, a silver Honda Accord, was rear-ended and another vehicle had left the scene. During their investigation, officers determined the man had suffered a possible gunshot wound to the right side of his upper back.
He was transported to Froedtert, where he was later released, for treatment of what police described as non-life-threatening injuries…
