Sunday’s second annual Rural King Road to the Dome — the 40-lap, $10,000-to-win event around eighth-mile Coles County Speedway — serves as unofficial prelude to December’s Gateway Dirt Nationals at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Mo.
