Our First Alert Traffic Anchor, KaJéza Hawkins, has tracked heavy traffic on I-295 East in the Oceanway area Monday morning after police closed the ramp to Pulaski Road.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office confirmed officers closed the ramp and were in force through Eastport Road while searching for a suspect who fled from a traffic stop.
