TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Family and friends held a candlelight vigil for Nathaniel “Nate” LaBelle, 21, one week after he was killed in a crash.
LaBelle was riding an electric scooter southbound on Main Street between Second and Fourth streets just after 1 a.m. on Sept. 20 when he was hit by a car, according to investigators.
Investigators say the driver saw LaBelle, then fled on foot, leaving the car behind. Police impounded the vehicle and are processing it for evidence…
