Saadia Hassan knew her school community needed to move quickly.
A Harmony Science Academy-Euless senior and his family lost their home in a fire. Within three days, Hassan and other members of the school’s parent-teacher organization put together a fundraiser. School staff created a flyer, and parents distributed it among Harmony families and the nearby Euless community.
