Stephenson County 4-H has selected Ryan and Nikki Keltner of Pearl City, Illinois, for its Hall of Fame Award in recognition of their longstanding volunteer service and support of youth development.
The honor recognizes decades of involvement with the organization, according to a community announcement. Through club leadership, mentoring and the creation of new educational opportunities, the Keltners have helped support 4-H members across Stephenson County.
Both Ryan and Nikki Keltner participated in 4-H as youth. Ryan belonged to the Pearl City Hornets, while Nikki was a member of the Pearl Valley Rangers.
