SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Road work continues on the Pines Road and BNSF grade separation project in Spokane Valley, bringing changes that commuters along a major Spokane County route needed to know.
Crews are building retaining walls in front of Trent Elementary and along the new Pines Road alignment. Workers are also pouring sidewalks and curbs and paving the final lift on Trent Avenue.
