Northampton County’s court administrator was charged last week with criminal mischief for soaking his wife’s clothes in gasoline, state police said.
The summary charge was filed Tuesday, Sept. 22. It says Greene “did intentionally damage real or personal property of another.” It doesn’t say what Greene damaged, but the time, date and place coincide with a protection-from-abuse order filed Aug. 24 by his wife.
