ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — Hurricane Helene’s aftermath is still felt strongly in the Asheville River Arts District.
The river rose roughly 27 feet, sending a barrage of water and debris into dozens of shops, taking countless one-of-a-kind pieces of art with it.
