ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCBD) – Inside, it looks like your typical furnished home. But on the outside, it would be hard to guess that these mobile homes were once shipping containers. The Tri-County Veterans Support Network says they could be the solution to end veteran homelessness in the Low Country.
“This container got a fresh start.” Said Vicki Johnson, the Chief of Community Relations of the Patriot Housing Project.
