Harrisburg, Pa. — Low-interest federal disaster loans are now available to people and businesses hit by the Sept. 2-3 severe storms and flash flooding in 10 northern Pennsylvania counties.
The state has also opened its own disaster grant program, the Shapiro administration announced.
