POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 46-year-old Waverly man faces multiple charges after deputies pulled him over late Sunday night following neighborhood complaints about loud music, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Rashard Tremayne Collins was arrested on September 27 after a deputy on patrol spotted a white Mercury Grand Marquis traveling at high speed near 1st Avenue and Carver Street at roughly 11:30 p.m.
