NEW ALBANY, Ind. (Aging Untold) — A recovery home in New Albany, Indiana, called The Breakaway, is helping women break away from addiction, and one woman who says it helped her find her way back is sharing her story.
Addiction started in high school
Erin Wyatt said life felt like a roller coaster and she lost all sight of reality.
She started using drugs while she was in high school and said she was doing cocaine in the bathroom stalls at school.
