PERDIDO, Ala. (WALA) – A 29-year-old man remained behind bars Monday afternoon accused of threatening to blow up Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office vehicles and have a shootout with deputies.
Dustin Dewayne Gilbert is charged with second-degree making a terrorist threat.
While near a location on Lottie Road in Perdido, Gilbert allegedly made multiple credible threats on Sunday to blow up patrol vehicles when he sees them parked outside, according to a complaint filed Monday in the Baldwin County District Court. He is also accused of threatening to have a shootout with deputies and to send his friends to kill cops in front of their families…
