JOHNSTON, R.I. — The only thing more frightening than a chemtrail is a bike path. The neighborhood between Lymann Avenue and Cricket Field can breathe a sigh of relief because the Town Council appreciates the danger.
Four of the council’s five members — the other abstained — recently approved a resolution forbidding the proposed expansion of the Woonasquatucket River Greenway bike path.
