ROANOKE, Va. – Months after trash was cleaned up from a construction site in Roanoke’s Blue Hills area, illegal dumping has returned, raising concerns for a nearby resident about potential environmental impacts.
10 News first reported on the dumping in February, when piles of household trash had accumulated at the site alongside large amounts of concrete and asphalt.
