SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — An elderly man died after being hit by a car in North Park early Monday morning.
According to San Diego police, the 70-year-old man was standing on the south sidewalk of 3000 El Cajon Blvd. shortly before 5:30 a.m.

Around the same time, a 66-year-old man driving a 2006 Mercedes sedan was driving eastbound on 3000 El Cajon Blvd.
