The members-only sanctuary for car collectors features luxury suites, central display promenades, and private clubhouses for automotive enthusiasts across all marques.
Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group just shared the first renderings for Porsche Design Concours, an invitation-only real estate and club concept designed to replace basic supercar storage with luxury living space. Combining multi-level automobile studios with an exclusive member clubhouse, the venture will debut with destinations in West Palm Beach and Dallas before expanding nationwide.
Slated to open in 2028, each initial property features 22 climate-controlled studios spanning 2,700 to 6,000 square feet. Designed as high-end retreats where owners can work, relax, or entertain guests, every unit includes deeded ownership, a mezzanine level, a full bath, and a wet bar. The physical core of each site is The Concours, a climate-controlled central indoor gallery where owners drive in and showcase their collections.
Designed in collaboration with Porsche Design alongside Gensler in Dallas and Urban Robot Associates in West Palm Beach, the architecture reflects the philosophy set by founder F. A. Porsche in 1972—that “design is elegance of function.” The concept’s clean architectural lines and luxe amenities aim to elevate mere vehicle storage into a high-end gallery, according to Porsche Design, which previously launched a 911 Targa style collection with Orlando Bloom and a titanium chronograph inspired by a Porsche dashboard.
“With Porsche Design Concours, we are extending our philosophy into an entirely new category by creating environments that bring together design, functionality, and a shared passion for automotive culture,” said Volker Strotmeier of the Porsche Lifestyle Group Executive Board. “Our purpose is simple: share the passion, shape the lifestyle.”
Beyond the private suites, each site features a membership-based clubhouse serving as a social and wellness hub. Members will have access to padel courts, full-service spa facilities, fine dining, private lounges, coworking spaces, outdoor terraces, concierge support, and 24-hour security.
