A 24-year-old Mississippi man has been charged with capital murder after Travis County investigators determined two women found shot to death inside an apartment Wednesday were victims in a double homicide, not a murder-suicide as initially suspected.
Michael Robinson, of Vicksburg, Mississippi, was arrested Friday in the deaths of Anecia Kay Thacker, 37, and Lamonica Webb, 32, both of Austin, according to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office.
The women were found shortly after 8:45 a.m. Wednesday inside an apartment in the 3400 block of Shoreline Drive.
